Excellent service, our driver Jalal was great, went above and beyond! Editing my review because my second experience was very concerning. Different driver. Continual weaving on the road, every time he checked his left mirror... which was constantly... the van drifted left onto the centre line rumble strip. Unclear if just a bad driver or more going on. Driver also did some texting during the drive. Final edit to say that the company took my concerns seriously and I think they really are a good service and a good company.

Service EXCEPTIONAL!!! The office staff to the driver were attentive, accommodating and showed care for all my needs. The bus though was the bumpiest. Although I sat in the front seat, I was sick from bouncing around and hitting the side of the bus over the 10 hours. The highways were fine but the bus bounced ridiculously and I wondered what was wrong with it. A most uncomfortable trip.
