All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Canada.
Kasper Charters provides charter bus services throughout Western Canada and beyond. Our services include but are not limited to charter bus rentals, airport transfers, corporate events, wedding transportation, sports team transportation, and private tours.
All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of similar or higher quality when necessary due to mechanical issues, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Service schedules, routes, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Current pricing and availability can be confirmed by contacting our office directly or through our online booking system.
As a client of Kasper Charters, you are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your transportation needs, including but not limited to: pickup and drop-off locations, number of passengers, special requirements, and contact information.
You are responsible for ensuring all passengers comply with safety regulations and follow the instructions of our professional drivers. Any damage to vehicles caused by passengers will be charged to the client.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for any changes to bookings. Last-minute changes may result in additional charges or may not be accommodated depending on availability.
Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Kasper Charters. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.
We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially during peak seasons (summer months, holidays, and special events). Last-minute bookings may be subject to additional charges.
All booking information must be accurate and complete. Kasper Charters is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete booking information provided by the client.
Cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter) and will be effective from the date we receive your cancellation notice. Cancellation charges may apply as follows:
Changes to existing bookings may be subject to additional charges depending on the nature and timing of the change. We will make every effort to accommodate reasonable changes when possible.
Payment terms are typically 50% deposit upon booking confirmation with the balance due before or upon completion of service. Corporate accounts may be eligible for different payment terms upon approval.
We accept payment by cash, certified cheque, credit card, or electronic transfer. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
Additional charges may apply for services such as: waiting time beyond the agreed schedule, additional stops not included in the original booking, cleaning fees for excessive mess, and overtime charges for services extending beyond the agreed timeframe.
Late payment charges of 2% per month may be applied to overdue accounts. Kasper Charters reserves the right to suspend services for accounts in arrears.
Our standard operating hours are 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. Services outside these hours may be available upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
Driver hours are regulated by Transport Canada regulations. Long-distance trips may require driver rest periods or multiple drivers, which may affect scheduling and pricing.
Holiday and weekend services are available but may be subject to premium pricing. Please contact us for specific holiday scheduling and rates.
Kasper Charters maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage as required by law. Our liability is limited to the extent of our insurance coverage and applicable law.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to minimize delays and provide alternative arrangements when possible.
Kasper Charters is not responsible for personal belongings left on vehicles. Passengers are advised to check for personal items before disembarking.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
Kasper Charters shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, equipment failures, or other force majeure events.
In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule services. If services cannot be provided, refunds will be made for unused portions of prepaid services.
Weather-related cancellations or delays are at the discretion of Kasper Charters based on safety considerations and road conditions.
Kasper Charters respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and communicate with you about your bookings.
Your personal information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the requested services or as required by law.
We may use your contact information to send you updates about our services, special offers, or important notices related to your bookings. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
